We booked a room for a concert at the Crown theatre. It was across the street There are 4 lanes but it was no trouble to walk there. The lady was nice and helpful. The room was really clean.

First off, upon arriving the hotel looks nothing like this. Has very little parking. No elevators. They called us at 4pm asking if we were coming. I told them yes, we are driving in from another state. We were coming to town for my sons wedding. Had to do wedding stuff, also. By the time we got there, the gentleman at the desk says “I thought you weren’t coming.” I told him that someone had called and I confirmed that I was. He then informs me that the sink in the bathroom, DOES NOT WORK. I was like “what?” He says “yeah, it has no water. But I will leave her a note” (whomever that is). I asked “how are we supposed to brush our teeth?” He hands the 3 of us, 2 individual bottles of water like from a vending machine.

Quiet, clean, close to the airport, and a very friendly owner. I showed up earlier than the normal check in time, but they let me go to my room early which was a nice bonus so I didn't have to sit on the sidewalk with 2 suitcases.

It was clean and comfortable the water was hot the air conditioning worked great tv was larger enough to see good. The coffee was great when it was available.

The staff was friendly. Coffee in the AM is perked fresh like at home. Bathrooms are nice with lots of hot water. Beds are comfortable it's in a good location lights in the parking area.

It’s directly across the street from the Crown Complex where I was working for the weekend. Staff is always great and they even call us to verify our arrival time every year we stay there. Rooms are always clean and stocked with extra towels and toiletries
